All information provided by this Apps, whether provided by RCT or any other information provider, is for general information purposes only and not intended to provide any professional advice to its users.
No Guarantee
Although the information is provided in good faith or compiled from sources that RCT believes to be reliable, RCT does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, validity, timeliness or completeness of any of the information.
Internet Communication and Data Security
You understand that because of public nature of the Internet and other reasons, the safety of communication over the internet or other electronic media cannot be guaranteed which may be subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission or incorrect data transmission. In addition, data may be amended, lost or transferred due to hacking. Any of these internet interruptions or hacking issues are beyond RCT control, therefore, RCT shall not be liable to any consequences or losses due to these problems.
Third Party
You may subscribe to the services provided by a third-party service provider. The User’s access to and use of such services shall be governed by the agreement between you and that third-party service provider and you must comply with such agreement. RCT will not approve or endorse such services or any information, material, message or content provided by such services. RCT is not and will not be a party to any agreement or any agreement between you and the third-party service provider, hence, RCT has no liability in connection with or arising out of such services or any information, material, message or content to be provided by or omitted by your third-party service provider.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance, neither RCT nor its members will be liable or bear the responsibilities for any losses or damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, special incidental or consequential losses, arising from accessing the Apps, use or inability to use by any party.
You undertake to : (a) keep and procure each of your designated Person to keep the PIN, Security Code and any device(s) which including but not limited to personal computers, mobile devices and Security Devices for accessing internet services secure and secret; (b) inform RCT as soon as reasonably practicable if you know or suspect that any unauthorized person knows the PIN and/or Security Code of yours or any of your authorized Designated Person or that unauthorized transactions have been effected or finds or suspects that the PIN, Security Code and/or Devices have been compromised, loss or stolen; (c) be liable for all losses if you or any of your authorized Designated Person acts fraudulently or with gross negligence including failing to properly safeguard the PIN, Security Code and/or Devices.

The ownership of all information and materials in this Apps belongs to RCT and is subject to Copyright. Without the prior written approval by RCT, neither party could copy, reproduce or distribute any of the information or materials provided in this Apps.
